Location: Montefalco, Umbria, Italy
A unique and original way to experience traditional Umbrian culture and cuisine, guided by a local expert we take to the countryside surrounding the family farm in search of 'wild' delicacies such as truffles, mushrooms, asparagus - whatever's in season - then when our guide decides we have enough it's back to the farmhouse where Mamma is waiting to teach us how to turn it all into a traditional Umbrian lunch. When everything is ready we all sit down for a big meal with great food, excellent Italian company and all the wine you can drink!

Extra information:A little off-road walking is required so suitable shoes - trainers will do - are required; excellent English is spoken
