Hello, I'm Sally, a founder of tripbod.com and passionate local Tripbod myself. My roots are in the North of England, which is where I get my passion for the outdoors and local food. With tripbod.com I am based in London but I still make sure I stay true to my roots. In London I love good food, real British ale, finding great places to meet local people and anything that involves exploring. And in this wonderfully huge city, there is no end to the opportunities for discovery - so let's start exploring together!

Why I love my local area

At present, my 'local' area is Old Street, where tripbod.com is based. I have grown to love this exciting and eclectic area because there is something for everyone. If you like going posh with cocktails, this area has the best places... but most are hidden, so you have to be 'in the know'. If you prefer the grass roots end, then you'll be delighted by delicious street-style food and local markets. There's the canal for exploring on a sunny day, or countless arts venues for rainy days, and a huge amount in between. I'd be honoured to help you plan your adventure here - and adventure it will be.
