Introducing Irena - your Friend at the other End!

About Me

I was born in Prague and I work as a freelancer in Human Resources Development, focused on Development trainings and Career Coaching. In spare time I search CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) information and share in Czech, write motivational articles (so far also in Czech), sometimes draw, translate or revise TED speeches into Czech (www.ted.com) or dream.

I like to discover new places, meet new people, travel, or just sit down in cafe and watch people enjoying and living their lives.

As I was born in Prague and love the city, this can also be a great opportunity to make visitors more comfortable.

I also like the fact that I do not have to speak "official" travel agency language and can represent my own view and knowledge of the place to the people who come here. And Prague is worth it. :)

Prague, Czech Capital city is also my home. I love to walk throught the historic Prague Castle or Vysehrad Castle area during the day or even in the evening. Centuries old houses and empty cobbled stoned streets are just part of it. It is charming to sit down in some small cafe or tearoom and just watch the world outside. It is nice to walk through one of our parks. You can go to great dinner or into one of the theatres or concerts, everything is close in Prague, up to one hour by Public Transport. We are 20 years away from communist regime and sometime service is not on the level we might be used to. But the people are nice and the city is full of history, wisdom and beauty for those who are interested.
